Clients maintain ownership of original raw assets (e.g., footage of their business or event). However, Immersed360 Media retains ownership rights to final edited media and hosted experiences unless an alternate agreement is made in writing.
Custom service engagements will include a written quote or contract with outlined deliverables, fees, and payment schedules. A deposit may be required. Final payments are due upon delivery of final materials unless otherwise agreed.
Subscription services for video or virtual tour hosting are billed monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan. You may cancel at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused time unless required by law.
We offer multiple delivery methods for video content, including downloadable files, embedded links, or hosted playback on our platform.
When you purchase access to a 360° video experience:
Access is granted only for the specific number of days indicated at the time of purchase.
Any attempts to download, record, duplicate, share, or extend access through unauthorized means are strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in account termination and may be subject to legal investigation or prosecution.
We make every effort to ensure uptime and media availability but are not liable for downtime due to hosting provider issues, server maintenance, or platform outages.
Our website may include embedded video content from platforms like YouTube or Vimeo, as well as links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those external services and recommend reviewing their respective terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Immersed360 Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
Use or inability to use our website
Reliance on any content or services
Issues related to third-party platforms or providers
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, revenue, or reputation.
